• We deliver to every governorate in Egypt.
• Free shipping on orders of 999 EGP and up. Below that, the delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your governorate.

• The courier will call you before delivery to confirm your address — please keep your phone available. If the courier can't reach you after two attempts, the order comes back to us.

• Pay cash on delivery — you pay the courier when your order arrives.
• All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). The total you see at checkout, including delivery, is the amount you pay.
• We may call or message you to confirm your order before it ships.

Wrong size or changed your mind about the colour? You can exchange any item within 7 days of receiving it.

• The item must be unworn and unwashed, in its original condition, with its tags and packaging.
• Keep your order number — we need it for every exchange.
• Exchanges depend on stock. If the size or colour you want is sold out, you can pick another item.
• If the new item costs more, you pay the difference.
• For exchanges that aren't due to a defect, the customer pays the shipping cost.

You can return an item for a refund within 7 days of receiving it. Requests after 7 days can't be accepted.

• The item must be unworn and unwashed, in its original condition, with its tags and packaging.
• Once your request is approved, we send a courier to collect the item.
• When we've sent a defective or wrong item, Klaro covers the shipping.
• Every returned item is received and inspected first, and we'll let you know when it arrives. Once it meets these conditions, we transfer your refund minus shipping costs. Because orders are paid in cash, we'll agree the transfer method with you (for example InstaPay or a mobile wallet).

• You can cancel or change your order for free before it ships — message us as soon as possible.
• Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled. Receive the order and request an exchange or return within 7 days.
• Refusing an order at the door costs us two-way shipping, so the delivery fee is due. If an order is refused without a valid reason, we may ask you to pay the shipping fee in advance on future orders.

• We collect your name, phone number, email and address only to process, confirm and deliver your order.
• We share your delivery details with our courier partner so they can reach you. We never sell your data.
• We only send marketing emails if you subscribe, and you can unsubscribe any time.

• Prices and availability can change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you order.
• Most items are limited in stock. If an item sells out after you order, we'll contact you and cancel it at no cost.
• We photograph our products as true to colour as possible, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.
• We may cancel an order if a price was listed in error or if we suspect fraud. If that happens, we'll contact you.
• All photos and content on this site belong to Klaro and can't be reused without permission.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
